Advertisements

Our websites are funded by store sales, advertisements, affiliate marketing, and sponsorships. All ads on our websites are served by our own, internally-developed advertising engine. Advertisements are distinguished by the words “advertisement” or “sponsor”.

We accept advertisements or paid promotional links for products and services that we deem to be of interest to our viewers and which are in keeping with our editorial policy of patient empowerment, sound science, and medical accuracy.

We will provide affiliate links for products that we feel may be of value to our readers.  All posts with affiliate links will be noted with the word as such.

The Diabetes Advocacy website hosts advertisement banners and sponsored links. These are distinguished by the words “advertisement” or “sponsors”.  For further information on pricing and availability email us at advocacy@diabetesadvocacy.com

Each web page access is recorded in a log file. The contents of the log file are analyzed to determine how many visitors we serve, what pages they look at most, and from where they connect. Individual session data is not kept or examined.

Online Email Lists

The Online Email list requires users to register before they are sent any information. Registration requires users to enter a first name, last name, and e-mail address. The mailing list addresses are not available for sale or rent to
